Berlin-based energy startup indielux has raised over €1 million through crowdinvesting platform FunderNation, just one month after launching its funding round. The company has now increased its target to €1.4 million. Indielux offers patented cable overload protection for socket-fed photovoltaic systems through its ready2plugin technology. Maxxihandel GmbH, indielux’s first licensee, has signed a termsheet for €500,000 as a strategic investor. Previously, Gerold Schulze of pe powerenergy invested €150,000. Combined with over €350,000 from more than 150 crowd investors, the round significantly exceeds the original €800,000 goal.
